Anglijos „Premier“ lygos rungtynėse Mindaugo Kiero „Basingstoke Bison“ komanda svečiuose po pratęsimo rezultatu 4:3 (0:1, 1:0, 2:2, 1:0) įveikė „Swindon Wildcats“ komandą. Prie komandos pergalės M. Kieras prisidėjo 2 įvarčiais ir vienu rezultatyviu perdavimu, bei „užsidirbo“ 4 baudos minutes.

Iš viso po 30 sužaistų rungtynių Mindaugo sąskaitoje 8 įvarčiai, 32 rezultatyvūs perdavimai ir 64 baudos minutės.

Po 31 rungtynių „Bison“ komanda su 35 taškais užima 5 vietą tarp 10 komandų. Lygoje pirmauja „Milton Keynes Lightning“ komanda – 46 taškai po 31 rungtynių.

MIndy Kieras was the Basingstoke Bison hero on Saturday night as he scored the
overtime winner as the Herd won 4-3 in Swindon.

The Lithuania defenceman
struck two minutes into the extra session to win the match.

Man-of-the-match
Kieras also scored the game tying goal on the powerplay after player/coach Steve
Moria had started the Bison comeback in the final 10 minutes.

The Wildcats
looked on their way to victory after man-of-the-match Jan Krajicek and Aaron
Nell had given the Wiltshire side a 3-1 advantage.

Earlier in the contest,
Swindon led after the first period thanks to Jason Cassells, before Moria tied
the game before the second buzzer.
